Really ordinary food. Extremely long service. First and last time at this restaurant. Waste of money and especially of time.

Great place to eat nostalgic burgers. Had a great historic run with celebs but although the place looks better, it somehow fails to continue on the tradition. Still a nice spot to visit, with off course the retro look and service, just need to get the staff aboard and the scenery would be complete. Lots of choices on food, drinks and seats...

Great place for burger, fries, poutine. They have the most amazing french fries! Fun for families or a date!

Correct, quality variable according to the hours.

It's not bad, but it does not stand out (or more). The prices are high, and we waited honestly for a long time while the restaurant was almost empty. The retro dining decor is fun, and rather rare in Quebec but I think the place, once well reputed, has lost its luster of yesteryear.

The jukebox requires 25 cents.Excellent snack bar food.Attraction: Celine Dion and René Angélil frequented this restaurant a few times early in his career.Paid street parking with parking meters until 18:00.

A dinner surrounded by locals. The portions are correct as are the prices. A great dinner atmosphere as in the movies. I just love it !

Not so good ... I had seen the restaurant on Benoit Roberge's show Sur le pouce and it looked good ... I was extremely disappointed ... Disappointing as possible, very little cheese on the Putin, very small portions and extremely long waiting time! And, we can not wait for his meal in front of the kitchen ... ??? Why ??? There is a lot better then you to see if you want to go do your turn but I will not spend more!

It was the last time for me too at Pat Rétro. I rarely write to complain, but I picked up 1/4 cup of oil from the bottom of my Italian poutine. Very disappointed ☹️ February 15, 2020 around 6:30 p.m.

A very nice atmosphere is a bit like a trip back in time. Jukebox available at 0.25 for a song. Food is good without more and the price may be a bit high. The bathrooms are in the basement of the restaurant and you have to go through a spiral staircase which can become a problem for the elderly and / or disabled. While we are at a time when it is necessary to reduce the pollutants based on plastic and oil Pat Retro makes the service in Styrofoam and with plastic utensils etc.

Really disappointing! This is the worst sunday I have ever eaten! Peanuts taste old! And it's very expensive. Lack of quality! It can not be offered to his clients.

Great place. Retro says it all. With Betty boop all over the place you feel like in the 80s 90s and the food is pretty good!

I'm a frequent restaurant. Of the Putin I've ever tasted in Quebec, I have never eaten a more tasty Putin. Even the locals around me agreed here. The gravy sauce with a good flavor and a proper liver is a perfect dish. Ashton Putin is trying hard not to eat bebe size alone, but he is eating bigger size than that. It's a taste that does not get tired of it. It is more reliable because it is a visit to the famous restaurant explorer Broadway which is known locally. For your reference, the menu I often eat is hamburg steak + putin, hamburg steak is very rough, but it is fantastic to meet magical gravy sauce. It is strongly recommended.

Worst service i ever had. We were alone and waited over 35 minutes for burgers. We also tried the ice cream and the employee had to call his boss to learn how to make our commands.

Good poutine! An institution in Quebec!

Good food but sadly rolling on the fact that its Rene Angelil "best place". For families on a budget i do not recommend it. If you want a good retro experience and dont mind the price then go for it.

Best poutine in Québec, not necessarily the fastest service, but for the quality/quantity/price ratio, it is well worth the wait!

Its hindsight that I realize it is expensive sold for what know. But its the only potato restaurant in the area.

Very good retro-styled restaurant located on Maguire. Their variety of burgers and other fast food items are top quality. And their french fries are the best around. Recommended for your next casual meet up with friends or family.

Very good food quality. French fries are awesome. My meal tasted very good compared to other joints with similar menu. Retro atmosphere of the 50s/60s was realistic and credible and the place was very clean. This restaurant isn't an institution in Quebec City for nothing.

It looks nice. We were (2) customers and my fries in a menu (1) displayed we were served cold. It is as good as the professionalism of the people who work there.

Horrible... was a goos customer but will not go back!

Terrible service. No customer waiting for an order and it takes 20 minutes before receiving my meal. The burger was overcooked and the fries were very ordinary. It is not at all the same quality as a few years ago. I will not stay there again.

As retro diners gothis one is ok. You order at the feont, get seated, then go get your order when it's done. Hot dogs are good, fries alright (if you like crispy ish fries, nit the greasy kind) burgers are ok, very meaty, not a lot of spice in the patty). Poutine was ok, gravy and cheese are ok, but the fries too crispy for a truly good poutine.The place is clean and well decorated, much better than most fast food joints.Service was ok, and prices ok too. Good for once is a blue moon, but not worth goimg back over and over.
